Earlier today when I was at work I noticed that even though the people had already called ahead so they could just come on in to pick up their pizzas they weren't exactly sure what they had ordered. I personally found that to be really annoying. They didn't even take the time to remember or (find out in some cases) what the order was that they were picking up. It isn't that bad when we aren't busy but when we are and the customer has to call to make sure we have the order right, I want to scream! It is such a waste of time if they don't already know what they are getting. Why in the world can't they just take a few minutes of both of our time to figure it out so that we can stay on top of things?

Every day at school I sit in the lunch room with my home lunch and watch everybody wait in a huge long line for their own lunch. Those people sit there and complain that they don't like the lunches that the school makes. This really hurts my brain because if they hated the food as bad as they say then they would have found a solution to the problem, right. Obviously not. I feel kind of sorry for them but not too sorry because like I already said, if they hated it as bad as they say they do, then they would either make their own lunch or bring money to go out to eat. It's as simple as that.

I wonder why in the world some people get so paranoid over a little comment? Last year my friends and I were in the library during lunch and one of the girls got up and left; not a big deal right? Wrong! She left her backpack just sitting there next to me and I was getting really creeped out and then one of the other girls at the table suggested that maybe there was a tape recorder in the backpack. At this point we were all getting kind of paranoid, even though we knew that there wasn't one in there. How dumb can we get! It was more the thought of knowing that maybe one day she would just randomly slip one in to eavesdrop on what we were saying while she was gone. Anyway since that conversation I've made sure that the backpack stays far away from me. All of that happened from just one simple little comment.

Have you ever noticed that day after day we are surrounded by many things that we take for granted and in some cases we think we've had too much of it and wish it would go away? For example, the rain. The whole time we were in the drought we wanted rain so that we could have enough water to use. For five or more years we were living in this condition and only wanted out. Then one winter we start getting a huge snowpack early and it continues to snow throughout the winter. People seemed really happy until about mid-January; then people wanted the cold weather to be gone. In the spring it snowed a little bit, but mostly it just rained. No one seemed to mind that in fact, everyone was happy and excited at the start, but by the end of April people were sick and tired of water. Go Figure! Everybody wants something and when they get it they decide that they've had too much and don't want it anymore. People like this hurt my brain, they should just be happy.
